Overview

All products are made to order once your purchase is confirmed. Because items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges except where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour choice

  • Ordering the wrong item

As items are made to order, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
